MICHAELANGELO ANTONIONI

Antonioni's work seems doomed to only be known by the cognoscenti these days (by contrast, while many may not be too familiar with Bergman's work, they at least know it has something to do with chess with Death on the beach). For his portrayal of the Swinging London of the '60s, he stretched the limits of what was permissible on film in many countries; Blow Up was one of the first mainstream films with full frontal nudity to be shown in the United States. Here is the famed photoshoot scene from Blow Up (notoriously spoofed in Austin Powers). You can hear a bit of Herbie Hancock's score playing in the clip.
KINDA WORK SAFE
One of these days I'm going to have to catch up to The Adventure, The Night, The Eclipse and Red Desert, which I haven't seen since forever.
