Being away for the weekend, I have been avoiding all the nonsense that has been going on the past few days (it feels strangely empowering to do so) but I should mention that I have indeed come across some interesting observations on the current political landscape, however, such as this vivid image from gislebertus, which is worth repeating:
I can't wait to watch the VP debate, it should prove entertaining. Perhaps Vladimir Putin's giant disembodied Zardoz head will violate Alaskan airspace while the candidates are camped out in University City.
This post by dollyknuckles for some reason made me think of my own Radical Atheism, and, of course, the very funny man who coined the term:
