You know, last night I was feeling pretty down because of the events of that day. I went to the videostore with the intention of renting a stupid teen jerk-off movie with titties in it. Unfortunately, I was decieved by both the ad campaign and box art into thinking that The Girl Next Door was going to be one of these, and so I was extremely pissed off when I found out that the director was taking the premise seriously. That was a big mistake.
You know, I have many peers who don't understand this, but movies that are dumb but work in their genres serve a purpose. Just because it's not art doesn't mean it's worthless. Of course, The Girl Next Door is not art, it's a silly concept that doesn't work if you try to play it straight. Which they did.
I'm not saying Elisha Cuthbert isn't nice eye-candy, though.
The Red Got Bili Repress will be coming out with a new album soon. They are also collaborating with Sonrisol Colesterol on his next film score (sorry, personal joke to myself).
For the record, to give credit where credit is due, I just wanted to say that the "remaster" gag posted yesterday originated with Tim. I am no plagiarist.
I'm no ding-a-ling either.
